We are seeking a dedicated Property Specialist with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. As a Property Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding phone support and ensure a positive experience for our tenants and clients. You will be the main point of contact for inquiries, requests, and concerns, and will play a crucial role in maintaining tenant satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
Location: Remote
Time Requirement: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, delivering excellent phone support and addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Provide accurate and detailed information about our properties, leasing terms, and services to potential tenants, assisting them in finding the right property for their needs.
· Assist tenants with lease agreements, move-in/out procedures, and maintenance requests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
· Handle tenant complaints and disputes, working to resolve issues promptly and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Maintain an organized system for tracking and documenting tenant interactions, ensuring accurate records of all communication.
· Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely resolution of tenant issues.
· Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting innovative solutions.
· Handle confidential tenant information with the utmost professionalism and maintain strict adherence to data protection guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
· Exceptional phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
· Proficient computer skills and experience with property management software or CRM systems.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with challenging situations.
· Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
