Job Description:
We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Property Support Agent to join our dynamic team. This position entails providing excellent customer service to tenants, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the parks. You will be the primary point of contact for our residents and prospective residents and will provide virtual support on various items including maintenance requests, conveying rent charges and property rules and managements, execution of paperwork like leases, coordinate with the Resident Concierges of the parks, communicating important announcements, and answering their questions and inquiries.

Responsibilities:
– Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls from tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. And document the call in the system.
– Tenant Communication: Maintain regular communication with tenants via phone, email, or messaging platforms to provide updates, address issues, and foster positive tenant relations.
– Paperwork Processing: Manage paperwork related to tenant leases, applications, maintenance requests, and other administrative documents accurately and efficiently.
– Follow-Up: Follow up with tenants regarding outstanding issues, maintenance requests, lease renewals, and other matters to ensure timely resolution and tenant satisfaction.
– Enforcement of Rules and Regulations: Assist in enforcing the park rules and regulations consistently and fairly, addressing any violations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
– Collection: Handle rent collection processes, including sending reminders, processing payments.
– Payment Processing: Assist tenants with processing rental payments, utility payments, and other fees using appropriate payment methods and systems.
– Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with the maintenance team ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to tenants.
– Tenant Support: Provide assistance and support to tenants as needed, including assistance with move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and other tenant-related activities.
– Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, maintenance requests, lease agreements, and other relevant documents using property management software or other designated systems. Responsible for tracking, documenting, and organizing various types of data.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in property management, real estate, customer service, or a related field preferred.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in Google Office Suite and familiarity with project management and property management software.
– Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, tasks, and work schedules as needed.
– Interpersonal skills
