Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven social media marketing specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audiences, and drive traffic to our website. You will play a crucial role in promoting our services and expanding our online presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and execute the due diligence checklist for multifamily acquisitions, ensuring all documents are obtained in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with construction teams, lease auditors, engineers, and other due diligence vendors to assess properties and gather required reports.
• Manage the process of pulling necessary permits, transferring utilities, and ensuring registration with local apartment associations.
• Facilitate communication between brokers, sellers, and internal teams to ensure clear and consistent updates regarding the acquisition process.
• Work closely with the Transitions Manager to ensure all transition activities are aligned with Arlast’s strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and report on the status of each transition phase, highlighting any issues or delays to management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the transition process by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting effective solutions.
Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of experience in project coordination or due diligence, preferably within the real estate or financial services industries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effectively interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the legal and operational aspects of property acquisitions and transitions.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software to track and manage the acquisition process.
• Strong technical acumen with ClickUp, Microsoft Planner, or other project management tools.
