Job Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing/Co-Founder, this placement will support and execute on lead generation and sales in the business. We have a fantastic role opportunity to learn and develop, while helping achieve company success through meeting sales targets. These new placements are on a full time basis working with the Sales team to help plan and execute lead generation campaigns (aimed at new property deal leads), building relationships with new leads, making sales appointments, deal analysis, and closing sales. In doing so, you will help contribute to revenue generated from both new and existing customers.

You will be determined, driven and resilient. This role requires working across a pipeline of property leads, so we’re looking for someone very organised, attention to detail, and good at time management. You will be a self-starter, with the ability to
work autonomously managing your own workload, time, and sales pipeline. In return, you will have a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in sales and marketing.

support you in learning how to work in a busy sales environment, how to market yourself and the business to other people and organisations.

You will learn the art of lead generation, sales and marketing which will enable the candidate to succeed in the role and develop their skills for the future.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to execute on sales activity across the business
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Generating and managing a pipeline of property leads including cold calling of new and nurturing of warm leads
• Lead generation including connecting with prospects online, cold calling, emailing
• Researching and finding properties across online portals
• Deals analysis
• Testing and evaluating success of new campaigns and techniques
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of property and KOVE’s services
• Working with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Being an ambassador of the KOVE brand, understanding and promoting the company and its services
• Maintaining records
• Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures
• Organizes viewings
• Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge

Requirements:

Training
This role comes with thorough training, support and coaching in order to enable the candidate to succeed in the role and develop their skills for the future, including:
• Company induction programme
• Weekly support and guidance meeting with Director for first 6 weeks
• Monthly 1:1 support and mentoring sessions with Director
• Peer support: they will be have a buddy within the team who will support them throughout the placement

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week
Monday – Friday
Flexible across the hours of 8am – 6pm (UK time)
