Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Gather high-quality leads:
a. Find poor performing properties from online platforms (Airbnb, Redfin, etc.).
b. Coordinate skip tracing with Fiverr professional to find name, number, and email of property owner.
c. Retrieve property information list and double check each using titlepro, white pages / true people search to confirm name, number, and email.
d. Store all property information with Airbnb/redfin listing, name, number, email, and template for sales outreach on google sheets for shared use.
2. Sales outreach and organization:
a. Email and text each lead in the list. Text using Google Voice # so if the owner calls back, CEO can answer. CEO will do all outbound sales calls.
b. Organize google sheets spreadsheet to have all the information easily accessible for CEO to call and immediately see the property information and link.
3. Leasing outreach:
a. Email, text, and call temporary housing companies to find midterm (30+ day) tenants for our properties, and to make additional connections in the space.
b. Log onto Facebook and post our available properties and look for housing requests in our area.
c. Submit properties on temporary / corporate housing companies databases including CRS Housing, THD (Alacrity), ALE Solutions, Sedgwick, and much more.
4. Ad Hoc:
a. Be available to take on ad hoc projects or assignments as they come along.

Requirements:
1. Prior experience in sales admin role.
2. Very strong written and spoken English language.
3. Extreme attention to detail and outstanding customer service.
4. Excellent typing including speed and accuracy.
5. Ability to problem solve and read critically.
6. Ability to work with multiple technology platforms like Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.

Results:
1. Gather 40 new leads a week and reach out to 15-20 property owners a day via email/text.
2. Talk daily to CEO about sales efforts including what markets to search in next.
3. Reach out to midterm rental contacts several times a week.
