OVERVIEW:
We are in search of a talented and enthusiastic Proposal Writer and Research Specialist to join our proactive team. This role is essential in researching, developing, and crafting high-quality, research-based documents, particularly for proposals and bids. We are looking for an individual who is not only remarkable at proposal writing but also adept at conducting thorough research to identify data and opportunities. This role demands excellent written communication skills, primarily through email and other written mediums.
Our team prioritizes precision, creativity, and the ability to effectively find and utilize information for preparing compelling documents. As a specialist, your contributions will be key in synthesizing complex information into clear, persuasive proposals and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Conduct detailed research to uncover data, trends, and opportunities for proposal development.
– Write and develop compelling, research-based documents, including proposals and bids, emphasizing our company’s strengths and unique offerings.
– Manage and utilize internal tools for efficient research, data analysis, and document preparation.
– Organize and maintain a repository of company materials and data necessary for crafting high-quality documents.
– Collaborate with different teams to gather and synthesize necessary information and documentation.
– Ensure all written communications and proposals are submitted within deadlines, adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
– Use strong email and written communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders throughout the document preparation process.
– Monitor and analyze outcomes of submitted documents, providing insights and strategies for improvement.
– Develop and implement organizational systems to optimize the research and writing process.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven expertise in proposal writing and creating research-based documents.
– Strong research skills with a keen ability to find and analyze data and opportunities.
– Outstanding written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
– Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and synthesizing skills.
– Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Communications, English, etc.) is preferred.
– Experience with data analysis tools and document management systems is a plus.
