PropStream Skip Tracer

Hello Aspiring Virtual Assistants.

Our company is looking for a Skip Tracer who is good in lead generation. We need someone who knows how to pull out FSBO leads using PropStream on a daily basis. Please do not apply if you do not have any experience in Skip Tracing and with PropStream.

About us:

S.O. Be Investments USA LLC, We are a growing company based in the US! We buy vacant lands all across the country for investment and wholesale. We do not buy houses nor trailers. We are only focused with General Lands , Vacant Land, Commercial Lands, etc.

Job Role:

We need someone who is very good with Skip Tracing and Lead Generation who can provide us hundreds of FSBO leads on a daily basis. Please do not apply if you don’t have an experience with Skip Tracing , Lead Generation , PropStream , Zillow , RedFin, etc. We need this VA as soon as possible and potentially start working with us on Monday next week. Training is not provided so skills and experience really is a must.

Compensation:

We start at $3-$4 an hour for full time job with some sort of bonuses after we get a deal closed. You will be in a trial period for 1 week and if you are good enough we will go ahead and move forward with you and start giving you salary raises after we get a deal closed. We need someone responsible and reliable enough that can give us leads. Not just FSBO leads but quality FSBO leads. Thousands of FSBO leads are useless if no of them are good leads. We rather work with less leads but strong and solid quality than bunch of leads but not really good leads. We value time and hard work if this doesnt sound like you please do not apply.

Working Schedule:

We are working at Eastern Standard Time ( EST ) Our shift starts at 9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST. Monday to Friday. We value attendance so you must have a back up computer and back up internet connection

Noise Cancelling Headphones

Back up Laptop Computer
Stable Internet Connection at least 5-10 MBPS both download and upload speed.
Back up Internet Data Connection at least 3-5 MBPS both download and upload speed.

NOTE: We are only entertaining someone that has an experience and who knows how to use PropStream Skip Trace. We dont just need FSBO leads out of PropStream we need at least warm FSBO leads from PropStream so it will be easier for our Acquisitions Manager to get some deals closed.
