The Prospect Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing a closed-loop lead and calls management system. This position will include managing all aspects of inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification and management. As well as cold callings and managing accounts.
Setting appointments and prospecting, establishing leads in a database is the major responsibility. In order to set up a sales representative’s follow-up over the phone, this person will be in charge of identifying potential customers, calling them, and setting up an appointment. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you!
Responsibilities:
Prospecting clients through cold calling
Properly explain products and services to potential customers when booking appointments
Scheduling or booking of meetings
Build own database
Responding to, qualifying, and tracking Inbound Leads
Nurturing prospects and disseminating qualified leads to appropriate sales teams.
Developing lists for outbound campaign management and coordinate mailing logistics.
Managing the lead qualification, tracking and dissemination process.
Managing CRM database
Maintain End-User (Prospect/Customer) Database
Managing contact information and reference lists
Helping to define Data Profile/Fields for Leads and Prospects, and Customers.
Maintain Database Integrity.
Report on Campaign Results (i.e., Email/Postal Campaign Performance, Lead Activity, Trackable Sales, etc.).
Ensure that every potential customer and potential customer has a positive experience with the company
Actively learn more about the company and grow in the role
Prioritize which appointments take precedence over others to maximize sales
Qualifications
2-3 years’ experience working in a B2B environment in outbound marketing or sales.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
Strong organization and analytical skills
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with CRM systems
Knowledgeable about email management
Show excellent communication skills
Being capable of multitasking
Pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
Excellent organizational skills
