Prospect Outreach Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and personable professional with experience in prospect outreach? As a Part-Time Prospect Outreach Specialist, you will use skiptracing tools to identify real estate agents with new listings and send them valuable information to pique their interest in title services. You will follow email scripts, but also need to be comfortable calling and texting agents. Your strong experience with HubSpot, along with excellent communication skills, will be essential in driving successful outreach campaigns!

Requirements
What you’ll do:
Use skiptracing tools provided by the client to identify real estate agents with new listings.
Send valuable information to agents to pique their interest in title services.
Follow email scripts for outreach, while also making calls and sending texts to engage with agents.
Manage and update contact information and interaction logs in HubSpot.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure ongoing engagement and interest from agents.
Maintain a friendly and personable demeanor in all communications, fostering positive relationships.
Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve effectiveness.

What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in prospect outreach, particularly within the real estate industry.
Strong experience with HubSpot for managing contacts and tracking interactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing tasks and following up with leads.
Comfort in making calls and engaging in conversations with real estate agents.
Friendly and personable demeanor, capable of building positive relationships.
Ability to take initiative and work independently, while also collaborating effectively with the team.
