Job Description: Virtual Assistant (VA) – Prospecting, Sales, and Marketing

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and support our growing business. As a VA, you will play a crucial role in prospecting, sales, and marketing activities, specifically focusing on software demos, account setup, and platform marketing. If you have experience in prospecting, sales, and knowledge of Go HighLevel software, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Conduct research and identify potential leads and target customers.
Utilize various platforms and strategies to generate qualified leads.
Create and maintain a database of prospects for outreach.
Software Demos and Account Setup:
Schedule and coordinate software demos with potential customers.
Conduct thorough demonstrations of our platform’s features and benefits.
Assist customers in setting up their accounts and provide technical support as needed.
Sales Support:
Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential customers.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Marketing Assistance:
Support marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and email campaigns.
Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Help optimize marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and stakeholders.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide regular progress updates and report on key metrics and results.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on prospecting, sales, and marketing.
Familiarity with Go HighLevel software and its functionalities.
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using productivity tools and software.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
Working Hours: 20 hours per week (part-time)
