Job Description:
As a Community Management Prospector, you will play a vital role in the growth of our business by identifying and prospecting for new opportunities with businesses nested within the property market. You will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with decision makers, understanding their online community management needs, and presenting the bespoke solutions our agency can offer.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential prospects in the real estate sector.
Establish contact with marketing and business managers.
Understand the specific community management needs of each potential client.
Presenting our agency’s services in a convincing and personalised way.
Negotiate and conclude contracts with potential clients.
Working with our in-house team to ensure a smooth transition from prospects to clients.
Monitor and regularly update customer information in our management system.
Qualifications required:
Previous prospecting or sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to build trusting relationships with potential customers.
Autonomy and ability to work proactively.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
