Job Description

The primary role will be to Prospect Clients for three business brands in the property management industry, build on our existing CRM powered by Salesforce and follow a measurable sales process with demonstrated results. The successful candidate will build a prospect pipeline, grow contacts, and market the business to HOA’s, condos, and commercial properties. The job will be hybrid/remote and salesforce experience is preferred. Experience in the community management space is a big plus but not required.

We are a company that provides community management services to HOA’s, condos and commercial properties across Maryland. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team and help us expand our business in this region.

Job Summary:

Are you a self-starter with a demonstrated track record in generating sales opportunities?

As Sales and Prospecting Manager as a part of our business development team, you will be responsible for building a strong prospect pipeline, initiating contact with potential clients, and promoting and marketing our services following a sales system with defined activities. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish and developing long-term relationships with customers.

Prospective clients to be identified for all brands, Maintenance Division and researching new target areas for business growth and expansion based on our strategic plan.

Responsibilities:

· Develop a deep understanding of our services and be able to communicate these effectively to prospective clients
· Initiate contact with potential clients, build your own prospect pipeline and reach out to clients through cold-calling and email campaigns
· Track metrics, leads, and other key performance indicators and report to the executive team
· Provide direct support to the vice president of business development, CEO and COO to help in implementing initiatives
· Understand customer needs and find solutions that best fit their needs
· Build relationships and network with industry contacts to create more prospects
· Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to close of sales
· Conduct outbound and warm calls to potential customers
· Utilize software tools to manage and track customer interactions
· Provide exceptional customer service and technical sales support
· Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive business growth
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
· Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics
· Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development is required. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. The ability to effectively use software tools for customer relationship management is essential.

Requirements/Experience:

· Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
· Ability to effectively use software tools for customer relationship management
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Proven sales experience, preferably in the Community Management space
· Knowledge of the Maryland market and its particular needs
· Experience in using SalesForce or similar CRM
· Great organizational and time-management skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities – Excellent oral and written communication skills
· High degree of competence in prospecting, networking, and closing
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent is preferred
– Ability to work full time 40 hours a week following US timezone
