JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for a dynamic, results-driven Prospector and Lead Generator to join our team at Brands In Purpose! We’re a branding & marketing company. We also have a SAS company that provides a white label for GoHigh Level, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to drive business growth.

As our Prospector, you will be responsible for driving new business by prospecting and qualifying leads. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns that drive sales and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a passion for helping businesses grow. You should be a natural communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly. You should also be highly motivated, with a hunger for success and a desire to achieve your goals.

Responsibilities include:
> Messaging new prospects and converting them into leads on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
> Prospecting and lead generation: Finding and qualifying potential customers, whether through cold outreach, referrals, or marketing efforts.
> Product knowledge: Understanding the features and benefits of the products or services being sold, and being able to effectively communicate them to potential customers.

Soft skills needed:
> Open to constructive criticism
> Communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with customers, listen to their needs, and explain the features and benefits of the product or service being sold.
> Persuasion and negotiation skills: The ability to persuade customers to make a purchase, negotiate deals, and handle objections.
> Product knowledge: A deep understanding of the product or service being sold, including its features, benefits, and potential use cases.
> Resilience and persistence: The ability to overcome rejection, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenging sales situations.

WAGE/SALARY:
$2 per hour for the first 45 days. After your 45 day review, you will receive a pay raise.
For each deal you close, you will make a residual monthly commission on top of your monthly salary.
13th month pay
