Job Description

We are a US based Digital Marketing Company that helps local business owners in the home services industry to get online leads / clients.

GRAVEYARD SHIFT
We are operating in New York EST Time zone and looking for someone to start at 8am – 12pm ST (8pm-12am Philippine Time zone) and will be extended to full-time role with the availability from 8am-5pm EST (8pm – 5am Philippine Time Zone)

Increasing the number of potential clients within our targeted environments is key to Tycoon Digital Media’s long term success. The Prospecting Specialist will be key in assisting the Sales Team is able to increase the amount of active clients and find new prospected clients for our client database. We have a proper research process that is easy to follow and will be explained during the interview.

Must be comfortable contacting business owners using a proven cold calling script.

Objectives of this Role
?Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive
?Obtain contact information of our prospected clients.
?Generate leads and establish relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
?Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
?Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
?Help with other General VA tasks

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
?Utilize AirTable, ClickUP, Spreadsheet, cold calling, email to generate new sales opportunities and keep in contact to our prospect clients.
?Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
?Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
?Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
?Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
?Report to management with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Required Skills and Qualifications
?Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of relevant work experience
?6 months of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
?Excellent research analysis with sales tools/social media, and obtaining contact information
?Strong communication skills via phone and email
?Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
?Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
?Self starter who is highly motivated to set and exceed goals
?Ability to establish and create a foundation for building long term relationships

Preferred Qualifications
?Proficiency with Automation or other CRM software
?Strong digital marketing background
?Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes

This job starts as part-time for 20 hours/week with the task on obtaining contact information from prospected clients. This position’s hourly limit will gradually increase to full-time in the next 2 months. You don’t have to use linkedin, social media out reach, or blindly looking for a prospect. We have an established process easy to follow by only reaching qualified business owners that are already interested or currently subscribed to the same service we offer.
