Compensation: $250 per month + 7% Commission
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Prospecting Specialist and Virtual Assistant. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for prospecting potential leads and providing administrative support to our sales and marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be on identifying prospects, initiating contact, nurturing relationships, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. Additionally, you will assist with various virtual assistant tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough research to identify potential prospects and target demographics.
– Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to craft engaging and personalized email and direct message outreach.
– Implement effective prospecting strategies to generate leads and initiate contact.
– Follow up persistently with prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
– Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
– Assist with virtual assistant tasks such as data entry, calendar management, scheduling appointments, and conducting research.
– Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to align prospecting efforts with overall business objectives.
– Track and analyze prospecting metrics to measure the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
– Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in prospecting and AI technology.
Requirements:
– Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, with exceptional grammar and communication skills.
– Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, or sales development, preferably in a B2B environment.
– Proficiency in using AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, for crafting persuasive and personalized outreach messages.
– Familiarity with prospecting tools, such as CRM software, email automation platforms, and social media management tools.
– Excellent research skills to identify potential prospects and understand their needs and pain points.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospecting campaigns simultaneously.
– Persistence and resilience in following up with prospects to secure meetings and drive conversions.

– Prior experience or willingness to learn virtual assistant tasks such as data entry, calendar management, and research.
– Adaptability and willingness to learn and experiment with new prospecting techniques and AI tools.
