Your main responsibilities will include managing our LinkedIn profile, Facebook page, and conducting email outreach to set appointments and engage with our audience.
As a valuable member of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Proactively seek out new clients daily through a variety of lead sources
• Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound leads from internet sources
• Schedule appointments with potential sellers to maximize business opportunities
• Maintain and manage both client and lead databases
• Consistently follow up with leads and nurture them until appointments are set
• Efficiently manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling
• Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct thorough online research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and potential clients
• Foster positive client relationships through follow-up via social media, Messenger, email, and other channels.
We are looking for a highly qualified candidate who meets the following requirements:
• Proven experience in LinkedIn and Email Marketing, with a deep understanding of best practices and strategies
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, as monitored by the screenshot monitor app
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
• Reliable and fast internet access to ensure consistent productivity
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction in written, audio, and visual form
• Fluent in written and spoken English
