Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Daytime SEO Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques and be passionate about helping clients achieve their online marketing goals. As a Daytime SEO Support Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for assisting our clients during regular business hours 8am-4pm Pacific Standard Time with their SEO-related queries and concerns.

Responsibilities
-Provide prompt and professional support to clients regarding their SEO needs, via phone, email, or chat.
-Offer guidance and advice on best practices for on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content development, and website performance.
-Conduct website audits and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop effective optimization strategies.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client campaigns are aligned with SEO best practices and industry standards.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry developments to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
-Monitor website rankings, traffic trends, and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
-Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to communicate SEO performance and progress to clients.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Proven experience in search engine optimization, preferably within an agency environment.
-Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
-Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
