Looking for a highly detail-oriented person to work in a high-paced environment.
Must be/have the following:
1: Communication Skills. You must be able to SPEAK and WRITE English well. Communication is a very big part of this job as you be reaching out to office staff, insurance companies, employees, etc.
2. Organization. Must be very organized and detail-oriented. You will be working in systems such as Outlook, Google, Claim Wizard, Xactimate, Ring Central, and Click-Up.
3 Time Management: Punctuality is a must as also productivity within your blocked time.
4. Attention to Detail: You will be completing and reviewing contracts, as well as working inside of systems that need the exact information that will need to be entered.
5. Problem-Solving: Must be able to think on your feet and problem-solve. If there is an issue that arises you know who to reach out to in order to get the answer, etc.
6. Technology: You will be working within several online systems and be responsible for calendars, etc.
7. Must be an independent Self Starter.
8. Follow-Up: There will be a lot of phone calls and knowing how to follow up is a must.
9. Email Management: Organizing, reading, and sorting email.

This job will start at $4 per hour.
This is for a FULL-TIME position. Any employee with another job will NOT be accepted. Part-Time employees may be considered with the proper work experience.
