Hi I’m Anne Keefe from . I’m looking for a very detail-oriented person to join my team. I’m looking for someone that has prior experience working from home as their full time job, this is a position that requires someone who is disciplined and can manage themselves working from home.

You must have excellent English speaking and writing skills because you will be communicating with our customers who are based in the United States.

At Authorify, I am responsible for supporting our products which are books and magazines that Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, and Dentists can license from us to market themselves. You can check out our website at .

We are based out of the US and currently have a large team of more than 80 people from the Philippines working with us right now, we have a lot of experience working with people from the Philippines.

>>> RESPONSIBILITIES
If you become one of our team members your job responsibilities might be the following.

> Assists in editorial project management for digital and print publications
Tracks editorial calendar deadlines for deliverables from internal and external contributors, set calendar reminders for deadlines and processes, flag delays or issues
Ensures that files are ready for director review: articles are scheduled and ready for design, high-res photography secured, communicates with designer and external authors as needed
Helps to implement automations via Zapier where possible to streamline content operations (for instance, automating the transcription of new podcast episodes)

> Supports keeping our publications content up-to-date, helps implement updates and revisions to books, guides, and other white-label content
Helps to track and organize content revisions
Helps to organize current file assets, editorial policies, and SOP documentation
Helps organize and maintain a content library, categorizing and tagging content

> Supports content repurposing across platforms, organizing and preparing repurposed content from fully edited original content
Remote role. Experience with Slack, Google drive, Zapier, and preferred..

>>> REQUIREMENTS
=> Excellent English both Oral & Written
=> Experience with Google drive, Zapier, and preferred.
=> Have at least 5 years experience in the Publications
=> Have Outstanding Work Ethics
=> HIGH attention to detail
=> Ability to learn new tools quickly
=> Good at solving problems
=> Must be reliable and show up for your shift on time
=> Great home office set-up that should be free from noise. Computer should have a camera and RAM of at least 8GB. Internet Speed of at least 20 Mbps and USB-type of headset

375PHP hourly – Paid Weekly
This equates to 65,000 PHP ( per month )

Your working hours (You must be able to work the graveyard shift)
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

You have 2 – 15-minute paid breaks daily with a 1-hour lunch break (lunch break not paid).
