Publishing VA to input 300 articles per month

I’m looking for an avid data entry VA who is good at repetitive tasks and can work efficiently.

The job consists of inputting 300 articles per month into our website’s back-end. Each article has to be converted to Markdown, uploaded, linked, and published. There’s also some admin involved with each article in ClickUp, where we track our projects.

I need someone who delivers results, is reliable, and consistent. Someone who shows up every day and can work independently.

The deliverable is 15 uploaded articles per day or 75 articles per week. You can determine your own work hours, as long as you meet the target.

I need someone who is available 25 hours/week for the next three months. This job will run for three months with the opportunity of extending and expanding the contract to full-time indefinitely as my general publishing assistant, transferring to different projects over time.

We publish several high-quality content websites and I’m always in need of good people to assist in creating and publishing content.

REQUIREMENTS:

You must enjoy repetitive work and be very good at it. If you’re not into repetition, this job isn’t for you. I need detail-oriented people who can critically evaluate data for themselves.

– Proficient in English (US) writing
– Good at web research
– An eye for layout/formatting/design is an asset
– Background in graphic design is an asset
– Computer with a stable internet connection
– Can work 25 hours per week
– Attention to detail and able to work efficiently.
– Payment is via Paypal so you must have an operational Paypal account. Sorry, but I will not assist in setting this up for you.

PAY:

$300 USD per month for 25 hours per week. After three months the project ends. I pay on the 15th and last day of the month. You must submit an invoice and then I pay within 48 hours (sometimes a bit longer if on a weekend).
