We are seeking a highly-organized, analytical and strategic Purchase Order/Logistics Manager who can be a great addition to our team. We are looking for a dedicated team member who can demonstrate strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Description: Lead, manage and oversee the Purchase Order team in ensuring that the company maintains an effective inventory management system at all times to meet business goals

Responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement strategies and best methods to optimize inventory control
Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory/stock levels
Supervise daily operations of team members and identify bottlenecks
Evaluate shipment problems and address issues
Recommend improvements in inventory life cycle
Build and strengthen client partnerships by managing client communication within the team
Hire, train and provide development opportunities for team members

Qualifications:
3+ years of proven success in Inventory Planning & Management
Must have experience in supervisory role
Must have strong background and experience in Amazon FBA shipments
Must have solid knowledge of data analysis and forecasting techniques
Must have a firm understanding of International and local US shipping & transportation
Must possess a demonstrable experience in E-commerce
Must have hands-on experience in Restock Pro, SellerCloud and new Amazon STA Workflow
Must have experience in importing containers
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Fast and stable internet connection (backup internet connection is required)
Must be willing to commit to only one employer

Expected Hours of Work: 9AM to 5PM EST, Mondays through Fridays (40 hours per week)
Work Environment: Remote
Starting Offer: $1500
