OUR COMPANY
We are a US based Amazon FBA reseller who has been working in the space for 12 months. We currently have a team of 2 sourcing VA’s in the Philippines who are identifying OA leads. We have near term goals of entering the wholesale space and are developing our first private label product as well, with an expected launch in July.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Purchasing and Account Assistant plays a crucial role in the e-commerce ecosystem. The quality of the work spells the difference between success and failure for the organization.
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing and Account Assistant with experience in managing an Amazon reseller account and making purchases for an Amazon reseller. This is not a product sourcing position.
This position will be required to create purchasing and account management SOPs so experience in these areas is required.

The main function is to convert the product sourcing leads from our sourcing team into purchases to be sent to our prep center, and then to Amazon and ultimately our customers. This position will document all purchases made and will also perform account management functions following the purchase. This position requires someone who is very detail oriented.
Our organization just began using the Ultimate Sourcing Sheet from Fast Track FBA, so familiarity with that software is a big bonus. Most of your work will be performed in that software.

The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Product Purchasing – Online Arbitrage
• Meet and exceed daily product purchasing goals to drive store growth
• Work with management to set daily and weekly spend goals based on available capital and actionable leads
• Converting leads provided by sourcing team into purchases
• Restocking current catalog using our restocking spreadsheets
• Placing large wholesale orders with our wholesale accounts through purchase orders
• Using cashback and coupons to lower the purchase price and increase revenue
• Use creative strategies to overcome order cancels including multiple email addresses, shipment address variations, and credit card details
• Documenting purchases in databases for record keeping and tracking purposes
• Obtaining Amazon approval to sell items (Ungating) and performing test orders for ungated products
• Sending products to appropriate destination based on order type
• Performing repeat orders daily for website with limit order quantities
• Create daily summaries for review and audit by management
• Create repeatable and organized processes for repeat success in purchasing

Account Management
• Daily management of the 3rd party repricing tools to drive sales and buy box (BQool or )
• Working with our prep center to coordinate incoming shipments from vendors as well as outgoing shipments to Amazon
• Reconcile shipment discrepancies – obtain refunds from vendors who shipped less than the order quantity
• Reconcile Amazon receiving discrepancies – Initiate disputes with Amazon for products not properly checked into the warehouse using vendor and prep center documentation
• Delete inactive product listings to improve Amazon inventory score
• Troubleshoot any additional account management issues that arise open
