The Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with various administrative tasks related to purchasing, order processing, and inventory management. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently but also values being part of a supportive team.

The role offers full time hours (9am to 5pm AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Experience using accounting software (MYOB or similar) a plus!
• Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex information clearly
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Here’s What You’ll Do:
• Process customer orders daily, ensuring a smooth sales and distribution process
• Manage inventory levels by updating product information, pricing, and stock availability
• Liaise with suppliers to gather pricing and stock information
• Organize direct deliveries (dropships) to customers from supplier warehouses
• Investigate and resolve any order fulfilment issues
• Proactively follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Processing supplier invoices
• Assist the customer service and sales teams with credits, returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Advise customers of any stock delays or potential stock alternatives.
• Provide general administrative support
