Our Client is a fast-growing E-Commerce company that specializes in the online sales and Marketing of National and Private Label branded products. Their products are featured via a series of online stores and 3rd party merchant platforms such as , , Etsy, and others. They are in the top one percent of ECommerce companies according to and growing quickly. They are seeking smart, energetic people to help achieve our goal of becoming one of the top E-commerce suppliers in the U.S.

Define the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to manage our purchasing and
production planning. The ideal candidate will meet the following:

Responsibilities:

— Coordinate the supply planning cycle by analyzing current orders, back orders, and upcoming orders to plan and communicate production priorities.
— Purchase, track, and manage inventory to avoid shortages and excesses in line with company KPI objectives.
— Maintain all master product data including cost, accurate BOM information, and alternative material matrix.
— Manage all End of Month (EOM) processes and reporting.
— Support and participate in operational efficiency and improvement projects.
— KPI tracking and reporting of Inventory turns, Ageing inventory, and Excess / Obsolete inventory.
— Effectively communicate with the production team regarding FBA Shipments, inventory, production issues, etc.
— Identify new suppliers and manage supplier relations.
— Identify ways and implement strategies to improve the current purchasing system and capabilities.
— Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensures employees do the same within the team.

Requirements:

— Have strong experience in supply & demand planning and procurement, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
— Superior analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
— Excellent planning and trend analysis skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
— Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
— Be motivated, structured, and able to handle stressful situations.
— Respond to common inquiries or complaints from production staff, customers, and Amazon support.
— Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
— Must be a self-driven individual capable of solving problems.
— Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
— Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
— Ability to stay up-to-date technically and apply new knowledge to your job.
— NetSuite or comparable experience is an advantage.
