This is a full-time job and you will be working from the comfort of your home. You need to have a good computer and a good internet connection.
Job Responsibilities
– Main responsibility revolves helping in resupplying and sourcing products from China and also from EU suppliers.
– To ensure that: The product is available at the right price and in accordance with the company requirements and working procedure
– Preparing the PO list according to the internal resupply report
– Discussing with the suppliers
– Ordering the products needed to be resupplied
– Identifying any new potential products we can sell in Romania
– Good negotiation skills
– Keeping the relation with the shipping companies and preparing the comparison file with all the shipping prices before shipping cargo from China
– Keeping the relation with the Chinese team, the ones we have for receiving the products ordered in order to be synchronized about the working procedure steps.
WHO IS A IDEAL PURCHASE EXECUTIVE?
A Person who purchases Technical goods & services for the Organization relying on his/her Technical knowledge and communication.
Your activity will include writing product descriptions, promoting products, and interacting with international customers. This job also includes assisting with other tasks such as handling customer inquiries, solving disputes, updating product information, taking care to establish good customer relationships, etc.
Requirements:
– Good knowledge of the English language
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
– Able to communicate and conduct social interaction.
– Able to work with minimal supervision.
– Able to work under pressure or with time constraints.
– Well-organized person, adaptable, efficient, and capable of taking prompt decisions.
Any of the following skills represents an advantage:
– Sales & Marketing
– Graphic Design & Photo Editing
– Electronics / IT
– Literate in Basic Computer Software (Microsoft Office, Notepad, Paint, etc..)
