The Ticket Purchasing Manager’s (TPM) main responsibility is the successful acquisition of all ticket purchasing requests. They must ensure that all requests are purchased quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively in accordance with the service level agreement with our customers. The TPM will be responsible for suggesting, creating, and deploying improvements to the system and must anticipate and plan for the growing purchasing needs of our customers while building an elite team that can function autonomously.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Overseeing the purchasing team which is currently 120 people but could expand further in the future
Overseeing the day-to-day operation of purchasing tickets
Creating and updating standard operating procedures and ensure compliance
Assuring all requests are bought for on time and accurately
Assuring your team has all the tools necessary to perform their tasks
Customer satisfaction with service offerings
Making sure all processes are documented and understood by the process owners within the department
Solve growth issues with process and tool improvements
Use KPIs to track individual performance and system inefficiencies
Proactively identifying training opportunities
Developing employees’ skills through relevant assignments
Coach, mentor, train, and conduct performance evaluations for employees
Interview and retain top talent

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years management experience
Excellent time management
Superior proficiency and experience with G-Suite and ability to pick up and learn technology and systems quickly
Exceptional attention to detail is a must
Ability to collaborate with other departments effectively
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of REPS & Co
