Job Description:
As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company’s purchasing activities, ensuring the timely supply of materials and services and the control of purchasing costs. Your main responsibilities include:
Develop and implement purchasing strategies, optimize supply chain management, and ensure efficient purchasing processes.
Select and evaluate suppliers, establish and maintain good supplier relationships, and conduct supplier performance appraisals.
Negotiate purchasing contracts and terms to ensure the best price and service conditions.
Monitor market trends, analyze material costs and price trends, and develop purchasing plans and budgets.
Supervise the execution of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and qualified quality.
Manage the purchasing team, provide training and guidance, and improve the team’s work efficiency and professional level.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate communication of purchasing needs and smooth operation of the supply chain.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, supply chain management, purchasing management, logistics management or related majors are preferred.
More than 5 years of purchasing management experience, and those with purchasing experience in the furniture industry or manufacturing industry are preferred.
Familiar with purchasing processes and supply chain management, with excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to respond quickly to purchasing challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with team management experience.
Proficient in using procurement management software and office software, with data analysis skills.
Candidates with relevant procurement management certificates (such as CPSM, CPM) are preferred.
