Purchasing / Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description:
As a Supply Chain Specialist/Manager at Bestech, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for researching products, negotiating prices, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services throughout our organization.

Work hours: Mon~Friday (8:30am to 12:30pm) / (California time)

Key Responsibilities:
*Product Research: Conduct in-depth research on products and materials, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements. Identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.
*Price Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and terms for goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
*Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the supply chain process, reduce lead times, and improve inventory management.
*Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring on-time deliveries and consistent product quality.
*Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to ensure that all products and services meet our standards.
Communication: Clearly communicate with team members, suppliers, and provide regular updates on supply chain activities.

Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or a similar role in a relevant industry.
*Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
*Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
*Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
*Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
*Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
