5) You love to “tease” others or flirt to get what you want and you have a sense of humor
5) Has a high speed computer and reliable internet or a generator.
6) Has a head set but will allow us to buy an upgrade if we need your voice clearer.
We are a Virginia Beach, Virginia USA based Home Care company recently acquired by new owners who operate a similar company 2 hours north and will have homes in both areas to supervise all three offices.
We are hiring a second scheduler / to work on the team for Puzzle Mastery. You two togehter must get about 150 caregivers to accept 700+shifts weekly. Once the week is over you start all over again. (If you can’t see this as a game of strategy or a race, you willonly experience it as monotany.) This is NOTHING like scheduling in a medical office or any other type of scheduling. So experience in that isn’t that relevant and all are encouraged to apply if you like this type of “game”!
So you get a little rush as you change shift color with a name of the caregiver who took it. You get excited with each day filled or each client filled..
This job is tracked via computer and phone activity.
The successful candidate likes to influence people and entice them in this “game” of scheduling. Examples:
S/he thinks of stratgies to change other players perceptions of the shift–like
a) Quantifying how much the entire shift will add to the other player’s weekly paycheck.
b) Uses a flirtation humorous approach at times with the other players to influence their decisions
c) Uses soothing voice to assure clients a new caregiver is a great caregiver with details and description of the caregiver’s personality or whi other clients liked her.
This job has challenges–(some clients have pets and some caregivers won’t go to homes with pets.
Some caregivers won’t work overnights and some won’t work weekends or have other restrictions).
You know the best strategy to “win” is to get to know the caregivers and clients and that is why this is not a contract job.
Our small office wants to know you and photoshop you in staff pictures to our clients and referral agents.

We respect philippine culture and will pay the extra month bonus the first paycheck in December on the second year annually going forward. Our office does not shut down for Holy week but we can make sure you get time off and are not on call if preferred.
Training will last 6-12 months as this is a complex “game” and we will offer you our territorial map, basic directions, suggested phrase lists to help you influence the caregivers to work, daily contact with the other scheduler on google chat and
THIS JOB INVOLVES BEING ON CALL AFTER HOURS EVERY OTHER WEEK-PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT BE ON CALL EVERY OTHER WEEK. Extra pay those weeks can b e discussed!
