Python coder and Artificial Intelligence Developer

Job Status: Full-Time 40 hours per week
Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST (6:00 am to 3:00 pm Manila)
*Project timeline would be around 3 to 6 months, depending on the completion of the project.

Job Description:

1. Research and Development:
– Conduct research on the latest AI technologies, techniques, and methodologies.
– Stay up to date with advancements in the field of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning.
– Experiment with new algorithms, frameworks, and tools to improve AI capabilities.

2. AI Solution Development:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify AI opportunities.
– Collaborate with the development team to understand project
requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable back-end
solutions.
– Design and develop scalable AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
– Implement and deploy AI solutions into production environments.
– Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance and accuracy.

3. Data Preparation and Analysis:
– Collect, pre-process, and clean large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources.
– Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights and identify patterns in the data.
– Develop data pipelines and workflows to support efficient data processing and model training.

4. Model Development and Evaluation:
– Develop machine learning models using techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
– Train and evaluate models using appropriate evaluation metrics.
– Perform model validation and testing to ensure reliability, accuracy, and robustness.
– Optimize models for inference and real-time predictions.

5. Integration and Deployment:
– Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
– Implement APIs and microservices for seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing applications.
– Monitor and maintain deployed AI systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

6. Documentation and Reporting:
– Document code, algorithms, methodologies, and experiments for future reference.
– Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project progress and outcomes.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to explain complex AI concepts and findings in a clear and concise manner.

Job Qualifications:

1. Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
– Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and algorithms.
– Proven experience as a Back-End Web Developer, preferably in the
construction industry or a similar field.
– Previous experience in developing and implementing AI solutions, preferably in a professional setting.

2. Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
– In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
– Experience with deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
– Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools.
– Knowledge of data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
– Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
– Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
