We are seeking an experienced Python developer with advanced knowledge of interacting with Telegram groups. The goal is to monitor messages within specific TOPIC aka sub-group of a group, extract messages from a particular user, and forward specific content to another Telegram chat. The script should handle duplicate messages and ensure efficiency and reliability. A bot CANNOT be added to the group, nor will you have admin privileges for this group. You will have to create a script and test it on your own first, so you may have to join or create a telegram group to test your script.

Responsibilities:
– Develop a Python script to connect to a Telegram group .
– Monitor messages in a specific TOPIC GROUP within the group for messages from a specific user containing Solana contract addresses.
– Forward these specific messages to another Telegram chat while ignoring messages from other users.
– Ensure duplicate messages are ignored to avoid repeated actions.
– Ensure the script runs efficiently with minimal latency in detecting and processing messages.
– Handle edge cases and errors, ensuring robust and reliable script performance.
– Provide clear documentation and instructions for running the script.
– Ensure the security of API keys, hashes, and other sensitive information.

Key Tasks:

– Set up a connection to the Telegram group using the provided Chat ID and Access Hash.
– Monitor all messages in the specified topic group for messages from a specific user.
– Extract and forward Solana contract addresses to a Trojan Telegram bot
– Handle scenarios where you don’t have administrative rights to add a bot to the group.
– Ensure the script detects messages with minimal delay and avoids duplicate processing.
– Test and validate the script to ensure it works reliably under different conditions.

Requirements:
– Proven experience with Python and working with the Telegram API or similar APIs.
– Strong understanding of different libraries and tools that can interact with Telegram (e.g., Telethon, Pyrogram, etc.).
– Ability to handle API credentials securely.
– Experience with real-time message monitoring and handling.
– Familiarity with error handling and writing robust, production-quality code.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within the given timeframe.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience with similar projects involving Telegram bots or user bots.
– Knowledge of other related libraries and tools that can enhance the project.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear documentation.
