Python Developer with Docker, Flask, Strategy, Async, and MongoDB Expertise

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Docker, Docker Compose, and a solid background in Flask, API development/integration, and asynchronous processing. The ideal candidate will be adept at building interconnected systems, working with Kafka or Q-Systems, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent planning and organizational skills, and proficiency in using GitHub for code repository management.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
– Build and manage Docker containers and Docker Compose setups.
– Develop and maintain APIs using Flask, including third-party API integrations.
– Implement threading, asynchronous request handling, and work with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
– Engage in code planning and organization to minimize debt and align with project goals.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in Python development with a focus on Docker and Docker Compose.
– Experience with Flask, API development, and third-party API integrations.
– Familiarity with threading, asynchronous programming, Kafka, and Q-Systems.
– Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
– Proficient in using GitHub for version control and collaboration.

Project Assignment:
As part of our selection process, each candidate will be assigned a development project to be completed within five days from the time of assignment. This project is designed to assess your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and your approach to software development. Completion of this project is required, regardless of your portfolio or resume, to ensure every applicant demonstrates their capabilities in a real-world context.
