The Opportunity

You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:
– Assist in Leading the Validator (Quality Assurance) team
– Assist in monitoring and evaluating employee performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
– Provide acceptance sampling methods and statistical analysis techniques.
– Assist in Collaborating with HR and training teams to develop and deliver quality assurance training programs.
– Conduct regular audits and inspections of workforce activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Investigate and resolve issues related to workforce quality and performance.
– Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
– Communicate quality assurance goals and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization
– Provide feedback and coaching to employees to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
– At least 2 years of experience working as a QA Analyst or QA Manager
– Ability to work 40 hours during EST/EDT
– A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with Units in Statistics is a plus
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
– Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
– Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks
– Embrace ambiguity – when you don’t know how to do something, you ask Google.
– Low ego – if you don’t know the answer, you ask questions. You aren’t afraid of anybody knowing what you don’t know.
– Honest – even when the truth isn’t great, you speak it. If you had an off day, or your manager is wrong, you say so.

Nice to Have
– Has taken Statistics units
– Has knowledge of SPC, EZSPC, Minitab or JMP
– Power BI Certification, Oracle Business Intelligence Certification, or any BI-related certifications
– Lean Six Sigma Certification (at least a Yellow belt)
– Certification in Data Analysis or Data Science
