About the Role
The QA Analyst will manually test all new code to ensure it doesn’t have material errors or bugs. They will do this across various platforms and browsers, and will ensure existing features are not negatively impacted by new code.

Responsibilities
– Manually test new code to ensure there are no bugs or defects
– Ensure that new code does not negatively impact existing features
– Ensure code meets Applause’s high engineering standards
– Learn all aspects of our product’s features – be a product expert
– Manually test new code on all relevant platforms, mobile devices, browsers, etc.
– Communicate code deficiencies to product and engineer teams

Qualifications
– 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester or QA Analyst for a U.S. based software company
– Extremely organized and very detail oriented
– Strong work ethic and discipline
– Aptitude and willingness to quickly learn and become a product expert
– Very high standards with code quality
– Can work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am – 6pm Mountain Standard Time
– Great internet connection with zero noticeable latency (50+ mbps speed)
– Very effective in a remote-work environment
