Job Title: QA and Compliance Product Coordinator
Location: Remote
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: 450 PHP per hour

Job Description:
As a QA and Compliance Product Coordinator, your main role will be analysing inspection reports from factories. Suggesting improvements where required and making sure everything is compliant with UK/EU legislation.
Previous experience in international product sourcing or product development of electrical goods is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
Assess inspection reports for compliance.
Make suggestions to factories or internal stakeholders where improvements can be made
Ensure documents are filed away in an organised fashion
Stay up to date on the latest legislation applicable to our products.
Support the production of product manuals

Requirements:
Previous experience in electrical product development
Knowledge in everything from HVAC, SDA, and Appliances, to Furniture and Hot-tubs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think logically and analytically.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service and support.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Access to a PC or laptop, a headset, a USB camera, and two stable internet connections to facilitate remote work.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred but not required.

Desirable:
Experience with UK/EU compliance legislation.
Experience in leading and understanding complex legislation.
Mandarin verbal and written communication skills
