QA / Client Success Specialist

Hiring: QA / Client Success Specialist – Remote – $9,600/ year

Time: Full-time, PST timezone
This is a remote position so you can have the freedom to work from anywhere

Qualifications:
– Possesses good communication skills Great English – written and orally
– Proven experience as a QA officer, demonstrating a keen understanding of quality assurance processes.
– Proficient in conducting QA for platforms and time trackers, with specific expertise in Teramind and HubStaff.
– Skillful management of Teramind and HubStaff, ensuring effective utilization and optimization of these tools.
– Extensive background as an Onboarding Manager, successfully onboarding both clients and Outsourced Professionals.
– Strong attention to detail, ensuring meticulous assessment and enhancement of product and service quality.
– Excellent communication skills, facilitating personalized collaboration sessions with clients and providing insights into workflows and procedures.

– You have prior experience in quality assurance
– You have prior experience in onboarding both clients and staff, preferably within an outsourcing environment
