QA Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards and user expectations. The QA Engineer will work closely with developers and product owners to identify, document, and resolve issues throughout the software development life cycle.

Responsibilities:
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability
Collaborate with developers and product owners to identify and prioritize software defects and enhancements
Develop and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks
Conduct manual and automated regression testing to ensure software functionality and performance
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and testability
Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform root cause analysis on identified defects and recommend corrective actions
Report defects and issues to development teams and track them to resolution
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in manual and automated testing of web applications, mobile applications, and APIs
Knowledge of scripting languages, such as JavaScript, Typescript, Python or other scripting languages.
Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Enzyme, Mocha or Jest
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
