We are looking for a skilled and experienced QA Lead to join our team. The QA Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services through thorough testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, process improvement, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement QA processes and procedures.
* Create and execute test cases, scripts, and plans.
* Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals.
* Analyze testing results and provide feedback to the development team.
* Collaborate to define quality standards and metrics.
* Identify and address areas for process improvement.
* Conduct root cause analysis for issues and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and maintain documentation related to QA processes and procedures.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of college education.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA leadership roles.
* Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
* Experience with Process Spreadsheets, Dashboards, and Flow Charts.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Backup equipment and stable wired internet with backup.
* The primary device should have at least 8 GB of storage or more.
