JOB REQUIREMENTS:

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS –

Looking for a high speed manual/automation software tester.
Must be strong with SQL, Python,
Must be strong at creating test cases and test planning
Analyze user requirements, design documents and other documentation to develop detailed
test plan and test cases
Create and execute manual and/or automated functional and regression test cases, report and
document all issues, test cases executed, test results, and testing summaries in detail
Perform manual and automation testing and data validation
Create and perform Performance testing, Load testing and Accessibility testing
Perform SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data
Work with development team and customers to clearly understand the functionality under test
to define and implement test case automation and clearly communicate to the team

DAY TO DAY REQUIREMENTS-

You will have to send daily reports which explain in simple terms what is being tested and what needs to be relayed to the team.
You have to be willing to patience and be able to teach me throughout the entire testing cycle.
You will have to be willing to work 40 hours during the scheduled time frame.
You should NOT apply if you have to miss a lot of work.
Be quick to get a hold of me via multiple methods to conduct any video chats or speaking engagements.
Help me pass certifications so I can get us higher paying jobs.

WORK HOURS –

Mon-Fri (official time TBD) most likely 8:00 am – 5:00 Central Standard Time
We will discuss the holiday schedule once the company posts it.

ADD INFORMATION –

Unfortunately this employer wanted only US based employees, so I will be your work around.
This means we have to work as a team. You must stay hidden at all cost. If you are not willing to do this PLEASE do not apply.

You will be responsible for the day to day work while I conduct meetings or any speaking engagements. You will also be teaching me as I obtain more certification to gain access to higher paying jobs. As I move up, so will you. As I stated, we will be a team.
Also, if you are able to handle the workload, I will apply for a 2nd job soon which would double your pay, if you are able to work both.

COMPENSATION –

This is a contract job, so there will be no benefits given. Just bi-weekly pay via Paypal.
(This means it will be 2 weeks before the first paycheck, you receive money when the company pays and this is their schedule for pay – Sorry)

The first 3 months will be a trial to see how we fit together.
First 3 months will start at $750usd Monthly ($375usd bi-weekly)
We will discuss further pay during the interview so be ready to give me a REASONABLE monthly pay (This will factor into who is hired). So if this pay is not enough or you find it offensive, please do not apply just to yell at me.
