Job Description

Summary : Line Process Auditor is responsible for conducting manufacturing process, product audit, verify countermeasure implementation,
write audit reports, assist and participate in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audit including corrective action formulation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conducts manufacturing process and product audit using customer specific and/or SMAIC defined requirements
• Both peer review and/or prepare clear, concise, accurate and evidence-based audit reports to effectively communicate audit findings and recommended corrective action to management. Discern significant audit issues and identify appropriate recommendations.
• Review and assess corrective and preventive action plans according to specified timelines to assure resolution of audit findings and prevent re-occurrence. Maintain detailed documentation supporting the audit.
• Work with various departments in order to resolve compliance issues, provide recommendations for corrective actions; maintain continuous communication throughout problem resolution process.
• Support and maintain audit files and ensure proper documentation standards are adhered to.
• Assists in the preparation for 1st party, 2nd party audits and 3rd party audits.
• Have a working knowledge of Management System and its responsibilities.
• Be a self-starting problem solver who drives results through high compliance and a positive work style.
• Operate effectively and with minimal supervision, within a team or independently, performing special projects and related duties, as assigned
• Follow up with others to ensure that records are completed and documented within established timeframes

QUALIFICATION

Education and/or Experience:
At least College Level preferably Mechanical Engineering Course
About 1 year related manufacturing experience but not required.

Other Qualification:

Male or Female, 19 to 30 years old
With good moral character, and can effectively interface with all levels of her organization.

COMPETENCY:

Skills and Competence Requirement:
1. Proofreading and document formatting skills which include processing of controlled documents or reports (new documents, revision, obsolescence, etc.)
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office® applications and spreadsheet programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, and Microsoft Project.
3. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation and decision-making skills, and attention to detail are equally important.
