QA Tester

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to join our team and focus on Shopify projects. The QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring that all Shopify projects are tested thoroughly and meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all Shopify projects are delivered on time and with the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute test cases and test plans for Shopify projects
– Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on Shopify projects
– Identify and report software defects and work with developers to resolve issues
– Ensure that all Shopify projects meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations
– Communicate testing status and results to stakeholders
– Provide clear and concise feedback to developers and project managers
– Continuously improve the testing process for Shopify projects by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices

Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field
– Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
– Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Trello
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Familiarity with Shopify APIs and customizations is a plus.
