QA tester URGENT

Position Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Tester to join our dynamic QA team and contribute to the testing of our Web and mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. In this role, you will work closely with the development team and participate in an agile environment to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Test Planning: Collaborate with the QA team, product managers, and developers to create comprehensive test cases for mobile applications.
• Test Execution: Perform thorough testing of mobile and web applications, including functional, regression, integration, and usability testing, to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Bug Reporting: Document and report defects using appropriate bug tracking tools, clearly describing the issues and providing steps to reproduce them.
• Device Compatibility: Test applications across various devices, screen sizes, and operating systems to ensure consistent performance and user experience.
• Test Documentation: Create and maintain accurate test documentation, including test cases, and test reports, to track testing progress and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support the development team and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, propose solutions, and contribute to implementing best practices in the QA testing process.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to provide valuable feedback and contribute to the overall product quality.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in mobile application testing and contribute to the growth and learning of the QA team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in testing mobile and web applications development, preferably in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web application testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in testing web and mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience in writing clear and concise test cases, and bug reports.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools, test management tools, and test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent English – a Must
