FULL TIME – 40 HOURS PER WEEK – OVERNIGHT SHIFT

8AM – 6PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME – USA

WORK WEEK IS FRIDAY – TUESDAY. (WEDNESDAY / THURSDAY OFF)

We are looking for a registered nurse to join our Case Management Team to assist with various tasks related to Patient Intake, Authorizations, and Care Coordination. We are a United States based Home Health Agency providing Nursing, PT, OT, and Home Care services in the patient’s home. We are seeking a Nurse that not only has experience with our below listed Primary Job Duties, but has also already worked in US Health Care.

Primary Job Duties:

Review Admission documents during new patient intake process for eligibility verification, insurance authorization, and care coordination.
Upload / Review clinical documents in EMR for QA, Notes and Plan of Care
Assist Director of Nursing & other clinical staff
Reports to RN supervisor or the Director of Nursing
Experience with diagnosis codes and reviewing medical documents needed
Experience in Home Health Care not required but a big plus.

Job Requirements:

– Good spoken & written English is a MUST
– Registered Nurse License with 2 years minimum experience (US Home Healthcare a PLUS)
– Willing to do Background Check and have previous employment verified.
– Must Have A Quiet Work Environment
– Fast Internet Speed, Newer Computer, Noise Cancelling Headset
– Previous experience with CRM’s, Data Entry, Excel, etc.
– Self Driven & Motivated
– Likes to speak, outgoing personality, and gets along well with others (you will be talking to
people all shift long)
– Willing to work on Time Doctor
