QBO Bookkeepers

We are looking for a Tech-Savvy Bookkeeper to take care of all our company day to day financial tasks. You will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable along with all payroll and bank account management and reconciliation tasks. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a Bookkeeper and proficiency in using Quickbooks Online.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

*Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
*Reconciling bank accounts at the end of each month.
*Monitoring financial transactions and inter-company balance reports.
*Processing accounts receivable and payable.
*Understanding ledgers.
*Working with an accountant when necessary.
*Handling monthly payroll using accounting software.
*Review Financial Reports and Update of Financial Recap

Bookkeeper Requirements:

*Possess an Associate’s degree in accounting or business administration.
*Demonstrate a strong grasp of general accounting principles.
*Display proficiency in QBO and Asana, with an added advantage of being familiar with Procare Connect.
*Have a minimum of 2 years of practical full cycle bookkeeping experience.
*Exhibit effective communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written aspects.
*Display a keen attention to detail and consistently maintain accuracy in all tasks.
*Possess the capability to create, review, and comprehend financial statements.
*Must be able to work in graveyard shift (8am-5pm EST)
