– Experience with a US-based or UK-based company
– Proficiency in Google Sheets, Xero, and handling bank statements
– Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

We are a leading property management company committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and assist in monitoring financial changes, identifying investment opportunities, and managing expenses.

**Job Responsibilities**:
– Monitor and analyze financial changes using Google Sheets, Xero, and bank statements.
– Present opportunities for financial investments and advise on when to restrict expenses.
– Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records.
– Conduct quarterly audits to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
– Collaborate with the management team to align financial strategies with overall company goals.
– Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

**Qualifications**:
– Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
– Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Xero.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
– High level of trustworthiness and competence in handling sensitive financial information.
– Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

**Objective**:
The Finance Manager aims to monitor financial changes and present opportunities for investments or necessary expense restrictions. The key performance indicators include:

– Accurate and timely financial reports
– Identification of at least 3 investment opportunities per quarter
– Recommendations for expense reduction leading to a 10% cost savings per quarter

A bonus is available for the achievement of bonus KPIs set each quarter.
