We are a leading property management company committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist in creating, managing, and editing social media ad campaigns to generate hot leads.
**Job Responsibilities**:
– Develop and implement effective Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate hot leads.
– Manage and optimize ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
– Create eye-catching and engaging ad creatives using Canva.
– Build and manage sales funnels to drive conversions.
– Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
– Proven experience in creating and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
– Proficiency in using Canva for ad creative design.
– Experience in building sales funnels using.
– Competent with video editing & ad copy production in British English
– Social media marketing for LinkedIn & Instagram
– Monitor and repost month findings regarding engagement
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ad performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
– The duties will include liking, commenting and interacting with multiple posts per day.
– Managing the upload schedule to Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts
– Experience editing social media videos improving quality and adding sound effects and visual effects
– Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

**Objective**:
The marketing manager aims to increase the company’s brand recognition (increase following) and drive customers from our online brand presence. To produce a minimum of 30+ hot leads every month through effective social media ad campaigns and achieve the following key performance indicators:
– Hot leads generated: 30 per month
– Appointments set: 10 per month
– Properties onboarded: 5 per month
A bonus is available for the achievement of bonus KPI’s set each Quarter
