Job Description

As a Quality Analyst (QA) at Our Company, your core responsibility is to maintain the accuracy of the Our Company Data Entry Team’s work, specifically in populating email templates. These templates are essential for creating customized SMS and email marketing campaigns for our clients on a recurring basis. You will be working with thirteen unique templates per project, ensuring that the Marketing Team can efficiently customize year-long marketing campaigns.
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Airbnb or short-term rental Virtual Assistants (VAs), 2+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience, and 2+ years of experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Guesty, Owner Rez, Hospitable, among others.
The scope includes identifying and noting inaccuracies of information such as: photographs, color scheme, graphics, active website links and instructions mapped onto SMS and email templates by Our Company Data Entry Specialists when receiving new project information and changing system status throughout the client Onboarding process. Monitoring phone number and business registration entry and changing system status during client Onboarding process. After Onboarding once the client is operational, exporting client contact lists from multiple client Property Management System (PMS) and Contact Relationship Management (CRM) systems on a consistent cadence. After Onboarding once the client is operational, importing client contact lists and sending marketing SMS and emails from Our Company system on a consistent cadence and changing system status throughout the process. Ability to meet on scheduled and impromptu internal Zoom meetings from 8am-5pmEST as well as consistent and strong internet access.

Monitoring phone number and business registration entries and updating system status during the client Onboarding process is also a responsibility. After the Onboarding phase, exporting client contact lists from multiple client Property Management Systems (PMS) and Contact Relationship Management (CRM) systems on a consistent schedule will be necessary, along with after Onboarding and once the client is operational, importing client contact lists and sending marketing SMS and emails from the Our Company system on a regular basis, ensuring system status is updated throughout the process. Responsibilities require being available for scheduled and impromptu internal Zoom meetings from 8 am to 5 pm EST and maintaining consistent and strong internet access.
Materials needed require access to Go High Level, Figma, PMS, CRM, and Wise systems to perform your responsibilities.
In addition to a competitive compensation structure, the position offers $25 USD for each new client campaign QC process during the Onboarding phase, with the flexibility to undertake multiple new client campaigns, provided they are successfully completed within SLA guidelines. Furthermore, there is an additional earning potential of $2.50 USD per client export/import task during the Operational phase, allowing for up to two export/import tasks per client per month. Payments are processed on a monthly basis via a Wise account. The role also includes a ninety (90) day training and trial period, with the possibility of bonus opportunities for QA employees after this initial period.
