Overview:
We are a medical group which runs clinics and hospitals in Seoul for plastic surgery, skin, dental, and laser eye correction. You will be responsible for helping the clinic managers in assuring the quality of the marketing content, managing and maintaining files and data, communicating between the clinic managers and the collaborators for the assigned clinics, and ensuring the standards set by the clinic managers are met. You will also assist in helping the clinic managers with any tasks as needed by the clinic managers in order to help them focus on their job. This may include data entry, giving ideas and suggestions for content, attendance check, helping with SEO optimization, additional research, and other similar tasks. You are also able to examine the relevance and accuracy of the sources used in the content creation and improving the company’s content management methods and come up with new, top-grade solutions for enhancing existing strategies. You will ensure that all tasks are completed and submitted by the deadline.

*Please note that you will be asked to take some performance tests before proceeding with the interview.

SNS
1. Check the picture or video content.
-Check if the information in the content is correct (title procedure, treatment description) and state the correct information if it is wrong.
-Make sure the reel video has a ratio of 9:16 and is of high quality and picture post should be 1:1 square.
-Check the subtitle grammar, spelling, and punctuation and correct them; check if all the content has a logo and music.
-Check if some of the clips are not good and can be removed.
-Suggest colors or ideas on how to make the content aesthetic and viral.
-Check the thumbnail to see if it matches the feed.
-Inform and update CM and the Social Media Marketing Manager for his/her feedback and approval of the content.

2. Check out the daily content caption:
-Check if the title of the procedure and clinic name are included.
-Check if the description is correct and related to the procedure.
-Contact information (website, phone number, email, and all SNS) must be included.
-Check if the location, two links to a relatable article and a YouTube video are included in the caption.
-Check the standard clinic hashtags and the daily popular or viral hashtags related to the procedure.

3. Check all clinic platforms to see if the SNS editor has uploaded the content.

Youtube Video
-Organize the raw files available and schedule when they will be worked on.
-Create a step-by-step procedure with a script for voiceover if the CM cannot create one.
-Check if the information in the content is correct (title procedure, treatment description) and state the correct information if it is wrong.
-Check the subtitle grammar, spelling, and punctuation and correct them; check if all the content has a logo and music.
-Check the thumbnail and suggest ideas to make it aesthetic and have a catchy title for the viewers.
-Check the title to see if it’s correct and suggest a title to make it catchy as well as kind of clickbait.
-Inform and update CM and Social Media Marketing Manager for his/her feedback and approval of the content.
-Check the description box details
-Check if the title of the procedure and clinic name are included.
-Check if the description is correct and related to the procedure.
-Contact information (website, phone number, email, and all SNS) must be included.

Dropbox
-All transfer files from CM and Social Media Marketing Manager should be forwarded to SNS and Youtube editors.
-QA should have downloaded them, had backups, uploaded them to the SGM dropbox and renamed the files before they were deleted on the personal computer.
-QA should save and upload the clinic, SGM, and clean version of the content to Dropbox and title it accordingly.

-Create topic for article writer or ask CM if he/she has a topic that want to prioritize or a new treatment that needs to be written.

-Check if the grammar and punctuation are correct, if the keywords are included, and if there are related pictures and correct information and details about the clinic.

Website
-Check at least 1 website page of the clinic you handle per day, going from the homepage and so on.
-Check if it is clear what we are selling and that it is of high quality and useful. Therefore, you are to look for:
spelling mistakes
grammar mistakes
outdated information
incorrect information
bad quality photos
overall aesthetic
ease of use
-Suggest what other useful information, links, photos, videos, etc., would be useful to a patient.
-Make sure that the SEO keywords for the page are repeated at least three times.
-See the prompt or easy-to-find button that will take the patient to the booking page.
-You will note all the above in the daily QA quiz answer sheet, including all the information that the IT manager needs to fix the page, and upload a screenshot of the completed quiz in the Asana subtask comment section.

JOB DETAILS:
1. Monthly salary: 450 USD per month via PayPal

6. Communication with your direct supervisor and Seoul office will be done via Telegram.

-SNS Marketing experience
-Experience with marketing and able to give ideas for content and improvement of quality
-Technical skills: familiar with computers, Dropbox, video editing, SEO – preferred
-Experience with content creation and photo/video editing software (SNS marketing, Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, copywriting) – preferred
