Job Description

Position: Quality Assurance Analyst (QA)
Reports to: President
Role:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst in our organization, your primary responsibility will be to
ensure the quality and reliability of our web development projects. You will work closely
with the development and project management teams to uphold the highest standards
in our digital assets. Your role encompasses a range of tasks, from overseeing project
deadlines to ensuring a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to
formulate comprehensive test plans and testing strategies in alignment with project
requirements and specifications.
Test Execution: Execute both manual and automated test cases meticulously to
identify defects and uphold software quality standards.
Defect Management: Thoroughly document and monitor defects, maintaining
transparent and effective communication with developers and relevant
management.
Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression testing to validate bug fixes and
ensure the ongoing stability of the application.
Performance Evaluation: Perform in-depth performance testing to identify potential
bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
Security Assessment: Conduct rigorous security testing to identify vulnerabilities
and guarantee the security of our applications.
Test Automation Development: Create and maintain automated test scripts to
expand test coverage and improve testing efficiency.
Continuous Enhancement: Actively engage in ongoing process improvement
initiatives aimed at elevating QA processes and methodologies.
QA2Results:
Collaborate with the team members to establish effective project workflows for
marketing and content initiatives.
Exhibit sound judgment in handling various situations and tasks.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent
administrative and organizational abilities.
Manage multiple priorities effectively, maintaining a realistic balance.
Work autonomously on projects and perform well under pressure, handling diverse
tasks and confidential matters, as well as timely feedback and communication with
team.
Requirements:

Proficiency in prioritizing tasks with conflicting deadlines.

Previous experience in an QA role is preferred.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, suitable for interaction at all
organizational levels.

Professional demeanor and presentation.
Ability to work independently, take initiative to find solutions, prioritize effectively,

Details:
QA3Currently, the position requires 10 – 20 hours per week.
