Quality Assurance Coordinator – Beta Testing

Key Responsibilities

– Beta Test Management: Oversee the development and deployment of beta tests for smart device and app products, ensuring tests are executed smoothly and efficiently.

– Project Coordination: Act as the project manager for beta tests, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted on time by cross-collaborative teams. Monitor project timelines and milestones, pushing projects through to completion.

– Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for beta testers, treating them with the highest level of care and respect. Address their questions and issues promptly, ensuring a positive testing experience.

– Reporting and Analysis: Compile and provide detailed reports on beta test response rates, feedback, and outcomes to the engineering team. Use data to make informed recommendations for product improvements.

– Test and Survey Design: Design effective beta tests and surveys that are clear and concise, ensuring the collection of valuable and actionable data.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a quality assurance, project coordination, or customer service role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clear and empathetic customer interactions.
Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Experience in test or survey design is a plus.
Familiarity with smart devices and app products is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and flexibility.
Most work should be conducted between 9:00AM and 5:00PM EST
